New manuscript exploring what "age-friendliness" means to older adults living in assisted living

I enjoyed working with Tina Kilaberia (Assistant Professor at NYU Silver School of Social Work) -- and with Iggy E-Shien Chang, PhD, MA, Deborah Padgett, and Mark Lachs on this newly published manuscript in the Gerontologist (Gerontological Society of America (GSA)). In it, we examine what "age-friendliness" means to older adults living in assisted living. This work was part of the successful National Collaboratory to Address Elder Mistreatment Mentorship Program (Dr. Kilaberia was part of the first cohort of mentees!). The program, funded by The John A. Hartford Foundation, is now accepting applications for the third cohort: https://main.edc.org/NCAEM-mentorship
